Why did I receive a reminder?

You will receive a reminder if you do not pay your tax bill on time. The due dates for your tax bill are stated on your tax bill.

Payment

After receiving the reminder, you have 14 days to pay the outstanding amount. It is still possible to pay your assessment in instalments by direct debit even after you have received a reminder.

Costs

The costs of a reminder are determined by law. Depending on the amount on your tax bill, these costs are € 8.00 or € 17.00 per reminder.
